Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) is a federally funded program designed to provide all children with significant opportunities to receive a fair, equitable, and high-quality education. The primary goal of Title I is to ensure that all students, particularly those who are economically disadvantaged, meet challenging state academic standards.
Through Title I, Richmond County Schools receive additional resources to support our students' educational needs. This program helps us implement evidence-based instructional strategies, enhance family engagement, and provide supplemental educational services to improve student achievement. By working together with families and the community, we strive to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.
